1. Eligibility

• This program is exclusively for current owners of authentic TrolMaster WCS-2 or TrolMaster WCS-3 sensors.
• Participants must be end-users (growers/facilities); this program is not available for resellers or liquidators unless pre-authorized in writing by TrolMaster.

2. The Exchange Process

• Swap: This is a direct exchange program. One (1) old WCS-2 or (2) WCS-3 sensor qualifies for one (1) new WCS-9 sensor.
• Verification: All upgrade requests are subject to approval. Users must provide proof of ownership via photos and/or serial numbers through the official online form.
• Return Requirement: New WCS-9 units will only be dispatched after all submitted info have been verified or the old sensors have been received and verified at the TrolMaster designated return center.

3. Shipping & Handling

• Inbound Shipping: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping their old sensors to TrolMaster if the submitted info are not able to verified the ownership. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method; TrolMaster is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
• Outbound Shipping: TrolMaster will cover the cost for the shipping of the new unit.
• Deadlines: If the old sensors were required to be sent back for further verification, the approved Return Authorizations (RA) are valid for 30 days. If sensors are not received within this window, the request may be cancelled.

4. Equipment Condition

• Sensors being returned must be "complete" (including the probe and cable).
• Sensors do not need to be in working electronic condition to qualify, but they must be physically intact and authentic TrolMaster hardware.

5. Firmware & Compatibility

• The WCS-9 requires compatible firmware to function. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their controllers are updated to the latest version. TrolMaster is not liable for system downtime caused by outdated controller firmware.

6. Warranty

• The replacement WCS-9 sensors provided through this program carry a [Standard Manufacturer's Warranty] starting from the date of the exchange shipment.

7. Program Changes

• TrolMaster reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Legacy Upgrade Program at any time without prior notice based on stock availability and program participation.
